If you notice an issue with your order, please report it to info@premiummeals.ca within 24 hours. We will not be able to address any issues that are reported after that time frame. 

Please provide photos and as much detail as possible when reporting any issues.

Yes, there are no restrictions for selecting future delivery dates for any items on our site. 

Premium Meals now offers bulk packs. It's simple the more your order, the more you save. We reward you with savings for ordering in bulk. Our meals already last up to 4 days fresh in the fridge. However if you toss our meals into the freezer. You extend the freshness for an addition 2-3 weeks. This enables you to order in bulk and store your meals in the freezer. Quick tip, we suggest heating frozen meals in a stove top pan for delicious results :)

Unfortunately, after the order is placed, there is no modifying the order or the payment options. Please make sure to use your code on your next order with us. 

Due to having an a la carte ordering system, we do not provide samples. You are able to order what you want, and the quantity you prefer. There is no minium purchase required.  Ordering one meal from us is just fine:) 

Premium Meals once delivered to you will stay fresh for up to 4 days if kept in the fridge. Meals that are frozen can last up to 2-3 weeks.

Yes. However, we do not freeze any of our meals internally and every meal leaves our kitchen freshly cooked. When freezing the meal, it extends the shelf life for 2-3 weeks.

The Gluten Free options at the moment are limited. Make sure to reach out to us to find out which options are Gluten Free.

We make every effort and use best practices to avoid cross contamination, but we cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross contamination with your meals. 

Food allergy reactions can range from mild to severe. We urge you to use caution when ordering Premium Meals, as some of our Signature Meals do contain common allergens such as peanuts, nuts, dairy, and wheat. If you suffer from food allergies, we encourage you to contact us ahead of time as we are happy to address any questions or concerns you may have and inform you which meals are allergen free.  Or simply add in a comment about your allergies or food sensitivities in the "Instructions" Box that you will see on your Cart/Checkout page.

We currently do not offer any bundle options or subscriptions. The current ordering process is based off of an a la carte system which allows customers to select exactly which options and amounts are desired and order accordingly. We will be adding MEAL PACK options in 12, 16, 20, and 28 meal options per week. Make sure that you are subscribed to our newsletter, to be informed as soon as we launch our MEAL PACK options!

We do offer meal planning.  Simply email us at info@premiummeals.ca with your diet & nutrition goals.  And we will customize a meal plan just for you! 

We currently deliver twice a week on Sundays and Wednesdays.  Listed below you will find our complete delivery schedule and order cut-off times.

Sunday Deliveries - Orders placed anytime between Sunday to Wednesday by 5:00 pm PST.

Sunday Deliveries will be delivered between the hours of 3 pm to 9 pm PST.  We strongly advise you to make sure that you are either home during the above delivery hours, or have your meals delivered to your place of work etc.

Wednesday Deliveries - Orders placed anytime between Wednesday to Sunday by 5:00 pm PST.

Please note:

If in the event you are not home, or at work etc, to receive your order for some unforeseen reason during your selected delivery date. Please give us 24 hours' notice so we can reschedule your delivery. If you do not give us any notice.  Your meals will be left at your door or office etc.

That even though our cut-off times are stated above.  These delivery slots sometimes become full before the above-mentioned order cut-off times.  So it is always best to place your orders well in advance of the cut-off times to ensure that you get the delivery availability that you are looking for.
